It will be a sad first week back at school for students and staff at Daniel Pienaar in Uitenhage. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday for teacher and rugby coach Roux Brand who tragically died after attempting to perform a kind deed on the way back from the 1st XV rugby tour to Drostdy in Worcester, Boland. Not that there is much of a shallow end when it comes to Western Cape tier-1 school rugby but a few schools will be jumping straight into the deep end on this the first weekend back after the Easter break. Four huge games take place.…
