I personally believe there will be a lot of interest.
There is only one absolute fact and that is that it is impossible to coach 0/19 A and B and then to also look after 28 other teams and upskill these coaches and to improve technical skills. This Director of Rugby role is not really about 0/19 A or B but the other teams especially junior teams. The school has excellent teacher coaches but they need to be developed and upskilled. All boys deserve the best possible coaching. This will free up Sean a lot.
