As the uncle of the captain of Marlow I am extremely proud of their achievements over the last two games.

I appreciate that Boishaai had a long season, but taking into account Marlow is a little “plaas skool” with 240 pupils it is still an amazing achievement.

    No poaching necessary…. :-D

BoishaaiPa, come on guys, in my experience Gimmies and Boishaaiers never wash dirty laundry in public. We are rivals but also friends. GimOB was out of line, but please let’s not use offensive language…also your comment that Gim was disinterested to support a sponsor is unfortunate…I was involve in the decision and we just felt that we should limit the number of games after inter schools…in fact ideally inter schools should be our last game. Some of our players played more than 30 games between WP trials, craven week, warm-up games etc…it simply is too much for the youngsters…on an aside, I though the impact of Erasmus was clearly visible this year..Boishaai played a very attractive modern brand of rugby. I agree that his influence will be even bigger next year..also thank you for your contribution with the rankings, I enjoy following your logical approach…

@GimOB: Before you comment again, please think…you just showed your true colours..I have a very long and personal relationship with Marlow..so my comment was no way intented as arrogant..that is just the way you wanted to read it and it shows your attitude towards BH. So please, I pity your ignorance..Marlow played close to half the games BH played….We should never had been there in the first place but because PR was to busy preparing fot Bloem and your own Alma Mater to disintrested to support a sponser, we had to step in to save WP pride. So fuck you and the horse you ride in with…

@Losbal: I am not sure what new structures you are referring to ? The only change was the appointment of a new Head Coach ? Like Gym made when Lotter and Webber were appointed some time ago .Like Paul Roos made last year . Last year the new coach at Paul Roos probably lost more games in one year than Paul Roos did in the previous 5 together . Was he a bad coach ? He did coached the Craven team . This year the same coach won nearly all his games and Paul Roos is 2 nd in SA .So lets see next year . I am very proud of the performance of the team through the year .The games lost were all against excellent teams with a very small margin . I am sure lessons learned through the year will be valuable in 2015 ! T

Volgens my normale onbetroubare bronne was Marlow puik op die dag met baie commitment en ‘n wil om die een te wen.
    Well done en baie geluk.

@GimOB: I must agree with both Tandem and BoishaaiPa. Marlow played a very good game and deserves the win. After 29 games, Boishaai should not have played another game. The comment was maybe more meant as a wake up call to the managers/coaches of these boys. Maybe the arrogance you see is really only in your mind? Regrettable not to be able to just for once see facts for what they are. We lost a game we should not have played.

@GimOB: Your comment is regrettable . The opinion raised by BoishaaiPa is factually correct and was not
meant as arrogant. The team played more games than they should this year .No one was trying to take away credit that Marlow deserved to win on the day . We are already looking forward to 2015. T

@BoishaaiPa: ‘overextended and overplayed’ does ‘take it away’ from Marlow. Marlow also had a long and tough season. They also covered many yards. Such arrogance! You played out of own choice. Stop making excuses when you lose! Why can you not simply say: well done, you deserved it.

Congrats Marlow on the win..a yard to far for Boishaai..Overextended and overplayed…Taking nothing away from Marlow, we had nothing left in the tank..Game was played in great spirit and Marlow was the better team on the day..well done wolramme.
