100 up for Dale against Selborne

Dale College’s 24-19 away victory over Selborne College means that the King William’s Town school has now beaten their East London rivals 100 times in matches which started back in 1892.

    I must say – having watched them both beat college this year at KERF – I felt the dale backline looked more dangerous than Selborne.

    Sadly for us – looking at the confidence as the season has grow – we probably would turn those 2 games around if they were now…… but hey – the fat lady has sung – and the score is forever on the record sheet as 2 losses.

    @Rugger fan: Awesome feat for the school…I am still floating on a cloud. A lot of us old boys were starting to think this win will never come, especially after last year’s heavy losses to Selborne. May the rivalry continue in the excellent spirit it has for the last 124 years!
