John Duncan returns to head up Queen’s College rugby

Former Queen’s College 1st XV head coach John Duncan has returned to head up the Queenstown school’s rugby programme after an almost two year absence. The well-respected rugby man resigned during November 2012 (link to blog here).

NEW HEAD OF RUGBY

Queen’s College has appointed Mr John Duncan as our new Head of Rugby. John is well known to many people in Queenstown having previously worked at both Queen’s Junior and Queen’s Senior.
Reporting to the Headmaster, John has a very detailed job description which which looks to the improvement of Rugby at Queen’s College within the strict framework of our traditions and ethos.
John has a tremendous passion for Queen’s College and for rugby. He looks forward to making a positive contribution to the future of rugby at Queen’s College.

    I am sure John will be chaffed to see Aston and Jerry in the SA Schools team. He certainly had a big hand in their early development as rugby players.
