Ek meen, julle verjaarsdag was mos spesiaal.
@PaarlBok: Jy is verseker erg simpel , was nog altyd selfs toe jy voorheen as Gim ondersteuner so oor alles nonsens gepraat het . Nou is jy die groot Paul
Roos man .
@PRBoitjie: It seems like you didn’t notice @Deon: comments. The WSF was worse than last year, fact. I geuss the empty stands was Boishaai supporters that didn’t pitch?
@Deon: Stem saam.
@star:
Looking forward to our 2nd XV’s last few games. Tough ones, but our boys are playing well. Next up is Northwood, Affies, Hilton, Maritzburg College and Kearsney (WBHS Old Boys’ day)

@Deon: jou nuusbronne is maar stadig. Dis laas jaar reeds bevestig. Jy kan my besonderhede by Beet kry.
@Bush: I am led to believe that 2ND XV is still unbeaten. The real challenge will come against College on Goldstones where they have never won. The U16A win must have also been good as that Westville side is highly rated. It is still unbelievable hard to win on Meadows when you come from the warmth of the South .
@Stier: @Stier: thanx vir info @apple ook
@Far Meadows: Brilliant side, I thought the loose forwards in that WBHS side were incredible. Game of the day for me was the u16A game. That was pure SBR at its best. The next two weeks going to be massive for House. Specially the KC game. 2 3 House.
@4×4: Congrats KES on historic victory.@Skopgraaf243: Couldn’t agree more.Funny that world cups is won with the best defensive sides,yet the emphasis in SA schools is on attacking play.
I don’t say to neglect atack,just a better balance between the two.Virseker cup,the games between Grey vs PRG,Grey vs Gim and Gim vs Boishaai will be decided on defence, not the other way around.
@Bush: Nice win for House, how good was that Westville 2XV ?
@Vyfster: Nothing funny, they
played at Porterville. Boishaai played St John’s and both are playing thursday at wildeklawer, the two schools decided to have a combined practice on saturday instead of a game. Most schools that are going to wildeklawer didn’t play this weekend or/and the Easter weekend.
@Vyfster: yes – uninformed conclusions. they have already played and the score was 64 -3.
Ek sien dan junior spanne se tellings……something’s really rotten in the state of Denmark

Well done KES!!!
THEY SIMPLY WANTED IT MORE THAN THE AFFIES BOYS.
Well done KES!!!
@Trots HJS (Tandem): PRG 49-7 Kyoto Koyakuin HS
@Chronicle: Het net ‘n gedeelte gekyk weens ander verpligtinge.
@4×4: Verneem Affies was op ‘n keer so 28-10 of so iets voor. Wat het gebeur – beserings, geelkaarte, of oorgerustheid.
Nevertheless, congrats KES, something the boys will remember FOREVER!
Dankie Stellenberg julle gasvreiheid was lekker.?
In the Griffons League in Welkom: Welkom Gimnasium 70 – Rooiskool (AHS Kroonstad) 19.
Once Welkom Gimnasium reached the 70 point mark, the game was stopped with seven minutes to go.
It is sad to note the apparent demise of rugby at Rooiskool. They were for decades a powerhouse in the Northern and Eastern Free State. However, for the last couple of years they are struggling to compete.
When I saw their game against Goudveld last year I was shocked to see their lack of basic skills. They also seemed intent on playing the “stamp-kar” brand of rugby used by Northern Transvaal in the 1980’s.
I note from the fixture list that they are playing a measly seven games this year. With only the two Bethlehem schools left to play it seems as if their rugby season could be something of the past by 21 May. I cannot see them making the semi-finals of the Griffons League which has now dwindled to only six participating teams.
I wonder if anybody at SARU is at all concerned at the way schoolboy rugby in the rural areas (“platteland”) has been spiraling downward over the last decade or two?
@4×4: Ek konnie glo wat ek lees nie…
Great result for KES today. Well done Boys. Well deserved victory!
@optimistix: The 8 was at Verkenner last year. He was already a monster last year and even though he is huge he does the basics well and has a good motor.
@Queenian: The 12 caught the eye. Pity all the games had some niggle. Clayton’s coffee was awesome.
@Queenian: Was the scoreboard wrong?
@Playa: yip last year they not bad they will be competitive this year.
@Queenian: Long time! This is your son’s final year, right?
@AntonT: u14A is klas. Geen swak skakels. 8 is ‘n monster…10,12 en 13 self ysters
EGJansen 31-Nelspruit 25..
KES 33-Affies 29 as per results from another blog.
Eg Jansen 31:25 Nelspruit.
@Rainier: 1st team 17-22@Rainier: 1st Team 17-22
What a win for House 2 3 House. Old School, DHS next weekend, then it’s the big one. Hope you come to Balgowan with your A game

Ander uitslae: 0/14 A Outeniqua 70 – 0 Stellenberg
0/15 A Outeniqua 10 – 5 Stellenberg
0/16 A Outeniqua 47 – 5 Stellenberg
PRG speel sondag teen Kyoto Kogakuin High School, maandag teen Toin Gakuen HS,

@Toffee: yip Toffee agree 100p
cannot break 100 years of tradition due to an ego clash of 2 principals
@boerboel The Paarl Boys issue is sad. I dont know enough about the actual issue to make a comment either way.I will chat to the coaching staff I know when I get a chance to try to make sense of it. I think Grey will be too strong for Wynberg. I watched the Grey vs Rondebosch match and thought they did not get the bounce of the ball or 50/50 ref calls. It will be close with Wynberg playing at home. I will make an effort to rather catch the under 15 and under 16a games.
I assume its going to be a close game.
@Toffee: Great to see Wynberg still agrreeing to this fixture
Wynberg hosting Grey High School this Saturday
