It’s a really cool initiative by the organisers of the NWU-Puk Skouspel. Every year they select a team of stand out players from the schools that participate in the tournament. This year’s team turned out to be a blend of talent from all around the country.
Latest: Hanro Liebenberg (Drostdy) is named player of the tournament, Dimitrio Tieties (Noord-Kaap) is the top backline player and Ox Nche (louis Botha) is the top forward.
SA Schools 2012 prop Ox Nche is in the mix, as is number one rated EP Schools 2012 flyhalf Ernst Stapelberg and Bulls Craven Week 2012 winning lock Hyron Andrews who along with his Garsfontein team mate Franco Naude also won the @Lantic Sevens Champions title in 2012. Also drawing a lot of interest from onlookers in Potchefstroom is Hanro Liebenberg. The Drostdy and Boland Schools player is the younger brother of SA Schools 2010 and SA under-20 Junior World Championship 2012 winning captain Wiaan Liebenberg, who is now at the Bulls.

Well done to Wandile & Corne in that group.
Does Pukke do this every tournament? It would be interesting to see what happens to these players.
