Superbru – EOYT schoolboyrugby.co.za pool

This is the opportunity of opportunities. Okay maybe it isn’t but it still fun.

The Rugby Championship was a little bit on the easy side with just 4 international teams and thanks mainly to the tactical genius Heyneke Meyer plus Robbie Deans having about as much depth as a paddling pool to work with. This November Internations Superbru tournament should be a much better test of your skill slash luck and did I mention luck. 13 teams, 19 international games, 1 winner.

Please join.

@ Are you trying to confuse me with your predictions. I hope you are right about the runaway win for SA over Ireland. If we win can we return the jersey for some chappies and vodka for T.

@GreenBlooded: Joined, but as I was in a pool previously (2007), you will recognise me as Boer.

Eish – difficult to pick these. It was much easier in the S15 and RC. Some of these teams haven’t played against decent opposition in quite a while.

My predictions – runaway wins for NZ and SA against Scotland and Ireland respectively. England should get the better of Fiji by a decent margin as should Aussie over France. Very close to call will be Wales-Argentina and Italy-Tonga.

More guys need to join this pool. Perhaps to boost the numbers we should have a prize on offer. I’m willing to donate a Green Machine jersey autographed by the team of 2012 (excluding Siyabonga Tom cos nobody knows where he is).

Looking through all these fixtures there are going to be some tough calls. Starting with the first game.

HM needs to win all three tests for the public to believe in him again. Lambie needs to start at 10.
