The 10th edition of the Tony Stoops Rugby Festival takes place at Brackenfell on 01, 03 and 05 April 2017. There is a treat in store for those planning to attend festival day 1 as amongst other notable teams, two of the Cape’s heavyweights Rondebosch and SACS have both committed to playing separate matches on the opening day. SACS will become the 93rd team to take part at the TSRF.
