CHARITY DRIVE: RUGBY BOOTS, KIT AND EQUIPMENT URGENTLY NEEDED

RugbyRecycled2

FOR RUGBY RECYCLED 2015

I am extremely proud to be sending out a request for RUGBY RECYCLED’s 5th year of helping underprivileged rugby players to be able to play.

2014 was a turning point for my initiative when I won the LeadSA Youth Hero of the Year award and also received huge support from The Springboks, The Sharks, SA Rugby Legends and Discovery Sharksmart as well as schools, clubs, and players from around South Africa and the UK.

Thousands of rugby players have now benefitted from rugby boots, kit and equipment supplied by us. With the help of SA Rugby Legends this project is now helping players around the entire country.

Please, please, please donate any rugby boots, kit or equipment that you no longer need or use to assist me with my goal of reaching all corners of SA and enabling players to be able to play the game I love so much.

Please leave your donations in the RUGBY RECYCLED collection box at the RECEPTION at Durban High School. Alternatively contact Gareth Simpson or Tina Simpson on 084 654 3022 or tsimpson@comit.co.za to arrange collection.

You can follow Gareth and Rugby Recycled on the Rugby Recycled Facebook page or on twitter @rugbyrecycled
Thank you
Gareth Simpson

This is one young man that I would love to take out or a milkshake or two.I would like to work with him in our own initiative, which we also hope to spread country-wide.

Kudos to you Gareth, the rugby gods are smiling at you!

The youngster that runs this initiative is also a very good rugby player in the DHS 1st XV. Its great to see his commitment to this cause over such a long period.

Great idea. There should be a collection point in Gauteng. Is there no way they will consider a collection point in Gauteng?
