Krugersdorp’s Noordheuwel face quite a challenge in Kroonstad against Trio. Trio had a decent game against Grey College and kept the powerhouse to a 12-3 scoreline at halftime before going down 40-3. In that effort away from home, Trio showed plenty of commitment and good mobility. With the match fitness up a notch and perhaps a bit more quality ball, they could more of a point-scoring threat at their home ground.
Nories are expected to be a need-for-speed ball-distribution team with a bit of physicality up front.

Cheswill Jooste only had one good run with a bit of clear air ahead of him, otherwise he was pretty well contained

At that stage Trio were keeping Nories at bay at 12-17. Trio took all their shots at goal and came away with 12 via the boot of flyhalf Biennas.
Nories definitely had flair but lacked any sort of patience to take contact or build phases. They ended up kicking plenty of ball away after gaining ascendency and good field positions.
