Like father like son – test rugby players

The Bledisloe Cup 2020 produced internationals debuts for All Blacks Blues players Caleb Clarke and Hoskins Sotutu. Both are sons of former test players. Here is a list of current players who’s fathers also played at the very top level.

  1. Very interesting that Andy Farrell’s debut was in 2007 – just 6 years before his son Owen. Andy is 45, Owen 29.

  2. @TheGoose: Hi goose . Remember Andy played Rugby League and only switched codes right at the end of his career . I read a profile on him and he had his son ( Owen) when he was very young and then played for England at quite a mature age . Andy is considered one of the most successful League players of the last 2 decades
