@Ploegskaar: I thought that was an impressive game of rugby. Boland was let down by their defence.
I was hugely impressed by the Oakdale hooker. The guy is quite mobile for his size. It was also lovely to see how silent the crowd becomes when a kick is about to be taken. A very rare feat nowadays.

Evening, there is a 7’s tournament for u16’s this Saturday at Port Natal. Could any MHS bloggers tell me why the MHS team isn’t going?

Was vanjaar o.a. in Johannesburg [St. Johns toernooi], Bloemfontein[ Grey ], Kimberley[Wildeklawer toernooi],Riversdal[Oakdale]en Worcester[Drosdy].

@Barry: Affies het 5 uit 15 tuis gespeel. Jy kan dit maar ses maak as jy PBH oorkant die straat wat weg was as ‘n tuiswedstryd wil beskou. Behalwe vir Helpmekaar was al die ander wegwedstryde of in die Kaap of in Natal, of in Kimberley of in Bloemfontein.

@ Grasshopper I hear this is the only 7’s tournament Glenwood will play this year. I do not know if this is correct. The final was a great game of 7’s to watch. There have been 4 different winners in each of the tournament s played this year. There is no school that has dominated the series.

No mention of the Glenwood 7’s where Glenwood beat Westville in the final to retain their title. Westville won the tourno the week before in Glenwood’s abscence…

@Kattes-Strofes: sterkte daar.

Baie geluk!
