Michaelhouse player wins ISRF award

There is yet another feather in the cap for the successful Michaelhouse 2012 rugby team. Fullback Gordon Laubcher-Hattingh has been voted as the player of the Independent Schools Rugby Festival 2012 by the coaches in attendance at the festival.

The attack-minded player has had a good season in the House 1st team and featured prominently at Craven Week trials, only to have just missed out on selection for a KwaZulu-Natal under-18 team.

Well done Gordon!

What a way to bounce back from the disappointment of not playing provincial rugby. Lots of character shown here.
