Boishaai heading to SANIX in 2014

Not yet official but it looks like Hoër Jongenskool – Paarl Boys’ High School will participate in next year’s SANIX international school rugby tournament which takes place in Japan annually. It is also believed that in order to accommodate the tour, Boishaai will drop out of Wildeklawer 2014.

Boishaai sent an invitational team that excluded 1st XV squad members to SANIX in 2011, finishing third in that tournament.

@Grasshopper: But at your best your first 15 is level to the big dog’s 3rd or 4ths. So you were lucky to get invited in a well below average year.

@Djou: Agreed, we always send half baked 3rd and 4th teams to this and end up playing off for 5th or 6th. Please send a proper full strength team and klap the Poms, Frogs, Kiwis and Aussies nicely….Glenwood was the last to send a full strength side and we won it.

@Woltrui: @Beet: @Boishaaipa: If this is true, please send your first team and “gee those Kiwis gas”. We need a win for SA.
Wildeklawer can excuse Boishaai for one year. This is an international competition, representing SA – much more important than Wildeklawer.

@beet: You are right Beet. Would be a real pity if Boishigh can’t attend the Wildeklawer. Maybe they can send a B team(I think they send an U/17 team to St Johns Easter festival in 2011)? I think they would still be competative. Definately not top dogs-but competative.

@Woltrui: Missing Wildeklawer! It seems like the HJS fans are the ones being punished. Beer tent sales will be down in Kimberley next April/May.

Nou wat nou ou Joe! Hoekom weer Boishaai?
