Word from BHP: I adjusted some of the schools’ category points according to their performance this season to bring it more into alignment with current strength. This will result in some schools having a slightly different avg than last week even if they did not play any games. Each week the min criteria for games played goes up as well, and as Glenwood has not played in SA for 2 weeks, they are not in the mix for this week’s ranking having only played 6 calculable games so far.

Firstly I want to say thank you for the rankings. Nothing is perfect, but I truly think these rankings are the best reflection of strength and the only ones I pay much attention too.
I just wanted to ask if you can please provide a top 50 like you have done the previous few years, it would be really nice for a lot of visitors who’s schools are in the 31-50 positions.
The other thing I wanted to ask is which schools category points were changed and what are they now? From what I’ve seen this year I think St John’s and St Alban’s should be increased by a category point, while Wynberg and PBHS should be decreased by a point. There may be others, but those are the ones that stick out to me.
