The schools of the Academy team are wrong in various respects. Letho Dlamini (3) and Morne vd Berg (15) are both in Linden, Vuyo Shongwe (22) is in Randburg and I think the 9 & 10 are both in Helpmekaar.

@Valke: Ja, lyk of boonste twee lyste se skole gedupliseer is.
Hy was baie effektief in Glenwood wedstryd.

Beet, maybe you would want to correct this in order to avoid confusion. You will see that the school represented is the same by number for these teams.

Congratulations to all players that will be representing the Lions. Hard luck to players who have not been so lucky. Hopefully you will be inspired to work even harder. 4X4 published a beautiful perspective related to school sports in the “Affies – Menlo” thread. Worth reading.
On a different tack – Can someone explain why the GK team is so heavily loaded with PD players and very few feature (7 of 44) in the Academy and Academy XV (unfortunately not published). Surely there must be a more even distribution of PD players in all teams if the talent is out there. I see Helpmekaar and Jeppe each have 5 players in GK, but Helpies thumped Jeppe 51-7 this weekend. Also see that Helpies only have 3 players (of 44) in u18 first two teams. Jeppe have 8, but Helpies comprehensively beat them them this past weekend. Yes individuals talent count, but then it should come through in results as well.
