@rugbyfan: “self destruct rugby”? …i hope that self destruction occurs when they are playing CHS…well provided that CHS does not self destruct :( .

@Playa: I’ll be there mna…i can’t miss that game. Any chance of an interesting build-up article to next weekend’s game?

@Queenian: Upset in what world mate, QC seem to be playing self destruct rugby at the moment so I doubt that will happen.

But anyway lets see if they still have the guts or passion to make a game of it, I was in Queenstown for the Selborne game and there were big parts of that game were QC were on top but always ended with a drop pass or no pass, and some how Selborne would score.

But ye I would agree I would not write them off all together as playing at the Rec will always be difficult.

@beet: I understood your thinking with TV etc and the Affies Grey game probably falls in the same category. Given the Affies season to date, Grey should take it

@beet: the fact that it is pouring in the Cape also makes this game more interesting as Bishops’ dangerous backs will be largely neutralized.

@kosie: I was wanted to use Hudson Park vs Kingswood coz I think that might be a close game but definitely Monnas vs Kempies on neutral ground could cough up a surprise although I think Monnas should have a 12 point spread going in.

I chose Bishops vs SACS because the game is meant to be televised which generates more interest but here I believe Bishops will win easily as well. It would not have been my choice had there not been any promise of live coverage.

@Grasshopper: The idea is to use games where at the very minimum the result is not a foregone conclusion. Glenwood vs DHS might have a lot of years behind it but feeling on the ground is Glenwood at home will be much too strong for School.

Beet, the Monnas Kempton game should also have been included. There have been interesting results between the 2 in the past.
