@Maroon Dis reg.More gaan intresant wees met instituut teen akademie. Dis jammer dat die instituut en universiteit nie kan ooreenkom om een span te vorm nie. Kyk maar na Tukkies.

@Maroon: True, Tuks would be the only side able to give them a run

@wakker akker: Hoe het jy dan gedink. Die WPRI bestaan uit die gekontrakteerde 0/19’s van WP, terwyl die Young Guns ‘n studentespan is. Die WPRI sal enige van die young guns spanne klop.

@Dixon’s: Musi mentioned last week that Jurie Linde has got a “long term injury”.
Surprised to see Phillip Orfer playing 15 for Tuks. Was one of the Affies stars in 2013 at centre. Maybe his size is counting against him?
Steven Meiring at Shimlas??? Played for Province U/19 last year. Wonder if his contract was not renewed or did he not get enough opportunities?

great to see Marco Engelbrecht and Surprise Mayekiso turning out for UJ – both had their final years of 1st XV rugby severely curtailed by bad injuries and both are class players – good luck

If we go on reputations then it should be between Tuks and Shimlas. But we all know what happens to the ‘big’ names after school. Was wondering where in the world Piet Jordaan was. So glad to see ouboet has shaved that silly moustache that made him look like a harbour official.

Very interesting to see the make-up of the NMMU side. Home grown talent throughout. Then again…not a lot of people come from outside the EC t study there.
