Started playing rugby as a young lad in 1982...Been following schoolboy rugby since then and at more schools first team level since the 1990's... Big big fan. After school I played amateur rugby at Tuks, Wanderers (Jhb) and in England. I coached u15 and u16 level, (got SARFU level 2), was a rugby referee and continued to love and enjoy the game. I support the big schools teams in the Lions union, i.e. Jeppe, KES, Monnas, Marais Viljoen, and Helpies....(have known players in all those teams) also like the Pta schools: Menlo, Garsies, Klofies, PBHS and Affies (And Oos-Moot). Also go watch sometimes at EG Jansen and St Benedicts. I Support the Lions in SA rugby. Love Varsity Cup. Dont watch SA ( amateur) club rugby anymore, though I used to on ocassion. Have been following SBR site for many years before deciding to register at last. Coached high school U14 - U16 age groups. Also was a referee up to 2nd team level.
