Ek lees nie in die verklaring dat enige skuif gestop sal word nie, dit is steeds vrye keuse – die sanksie is slegs dat die speler nie genooi word vir proewe nie. Daar was in die verlede reeds ‘n president hieroor waar spelers reeds by ander unies geteken het. Ek sal ook wil sien hoe hierdie in praktyk gaan werk

LEGALITIES
I struggle to see how this will hold up in a court of law… Step back for a moment and ignore your personal sentiment… we have constitutional laws in this country and this type of decisions, by bodies without much legal knowledge are usually, are sometimes taken without considering whether it would stand up in court. I doubt that. It infringes on too many human rights. This will be challenged at some point in time. You cannot take away an individual’s choice and basically force a person to remain at a certain school for the 5 years. What if that boy is unhappy, being bullied, has aspirations to move to a better social situation, is looking for better coaching or better education… I cannot see this stand up in court when, not if, it is being challenged.

Ek sal myself enige tyd verwyder van dié blog as julle presies wys waar ek verkeerd was, en in die geval van Rainier, waar hy reg was. Hy is SIEK. Die probleem is jy is nie die skerpste potlood in die pakkie nie, en jy is geen man nie, maar ‘n muis, soos Rainier. So ek daag jou uit, wys my waar ek soos Rainier gelieg het tirades gevoer het, of die GCB/Hansie ding gedoen het. Jy sal nie want jy het geen ruggraat nie ou grootbek.
