It went by without any complaints received. Organisers opted to keep the main field sidelines clear of school support staff during the recent ABSA Wildeklawer festival held at Diamantveld.
School medics were in attendance and were in no way restricted from performing their functions. They however had to observe matches from within the designated coaches’ area alongside the field and were not permitted to patrol up and down the touchlines as they would do during normal inter-schools matches.
Food for thought?
